DIY Monogram Printable

I've been looking for cute DIYs to post lately, and I have one in mind, but I'll have to wait until I get all the supplies to post it. So, for now, I am sharing this cute & simple printable monogram to use as a binder cover, simple wall decor, or just to add as a personal touch to anything! I came across this blog today, and I'm in love with all the free printables and DIYs.

Supplies:
✄printer with color ink

Go to forchicsake.com and locate the top tab that says "Printables".Or you can just go here. Select which monogram print you want. Click on the one your chose. I chose the first one, Script Monogram, as my example.

When you open the link to your monogram, scroll down where you see a selection of colors for the background. Simply, click on the color you want and it should open into a PDF file, or tab. If using a Mac open with Adobe so you can edit the initials.
Scroll down to the second page in the PDF, where you see the actual monogram, not the instructions. Highlight the example letters, and click delete. Now enter your own initials. First type in your first initial LOWERCASE, then your last initial UPPERCASE, and lastly your middle initial LOWERCASE. I cannot emphasize enough that you do lowercase, uppercase, lowercase. That way all letters will fit correctly, and look amazing. The correct monogram is to do first, last, middle; but change it as you want.
The last step is as simple as printing it! Now you have an adorable & preppy monogram. Use as a binder cover, modge podge onto a plaque, or just frame it for your room!

Send me a picture of your monogram!
